Description

Pavelot wines have been amongest the very vest of Savigny over the past 2 decades. The vine ages are higher than average (planting as early as in the year 1929 in the la Dominode plots) with modest yields, making the wines well structured and concentrated. The Les Peuillets lean towards black fruit characters that is firm and structured, while the Les Serpentieres is soft, gentle and holds more floral aromas.
