Sophie Cossy is one of Champagnes brightest success stories in recent times. After taking over her familys vineyard a little more than 10 years ago she was award the Champagne’s Winemaker of the Year in 2016. The estate is based in the 1er Cru village of Jouy-lès-Reims.
