The Thibert family have been winemakers in Burgundy for 8 generations. Currently run by a brother and sister team of Christophe and Sandrine, the quality of their wines has really taken off in the past 5 years. A reason for the winery’s success has been the low yields, controlled use of new oak, and an unrelenting pursuit of perfection in his craft. In his cellars, everything is so neat and tidy and he also invested in a state-of-the-art bottling machine just to make sure that his finished wines are handled in the best possible way.
