Domaine Ramonet needs no introduction as the Chardonnays from this fabled Domaine are among the most highly sought after in the whole world. The overall consistency and excellence of their white wines in unmatched, producing remarkable wines at every level from superb village Chassagne to masterpiece Grand Crus. Since 1983, Noël and Jean-Claude have taken all responsibilities for the Domaine. The vine’s age are kept high and yield low. Usually, vines below 12 years of age are sold in bulk or declassified for Premier Cru to Village levels. When young, the Ramonet’s have a glorious green tinge and modest spectrum of fruit aromas.
