Description

Nicolas represents the fifth generation of his family in Volnay. This domaine now owns 16 hectares in the villages of Volnay, Pommard and Savigny-les-Beaune. The vineyard of the Nicolas Rossignol estate is grown using traditional winemaking techniques inspired by biodynamics. It is also managed using reasoned viticulture methods, taking account of the lunar influence, both during cultivation and the production & elevate of the wine. No chemical herbicides are used: soil maintenance is ensured through light ploughing. Wines are deeply-coloured, with great flavour.
