It doesn’t get more ‘Chassagne-Montrachet’ than Morey Coffinet. With the exception of Puligny-Montrachet, Domaine Morey-Coffinet vines are grown in the commune of Chassagne. The white Chassagne’s village is delicious, fleshy and the Premier Crus is top-class. The cream of the crop is none other than the Bâtard Montrachet that is both rich, fleshy, and likely to develop great length and complexity in flavour as it ages.
