Wife to the one and only Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey (PYCM), and daughter of Jean-Marc Morey, she is is currently the owner of some of the most prized white wine premier cru vineyards in Chassagne-Montrachet— Les Champs Gains, Les Chaumées, and Les Caillerets. Her winemaking philosophy is simply “minimum intervention” making them beautifully stylish and focused. They display great precision and detail.
